On My Practice
Something in you has been circling — a pattern you can't quite name, a distance from yourself you can't quite close, a life that looks right from the outside but feels incomplete within. I offer a space to slow down and listen closely: to what's most alive, conflicted, or unresolved in your experience, and to the deeper currents shaping how you feel, relate, and move through the world.
My work is rooted in contemporary psychoanalytic and relational thought. I'm drawn to the complexity of inner life — the parts of us organized around protection, the longings that rarely find language, the ways our earliest relational experiences continue to quietly structure the present. Whether you're navigating depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, creative stagnation, questions of identity, or simply a desire to know yourself more fully, I work with genuine curiosity, warmth, and care for your particular story.

Treatment Approach
-

Psychoanalytic
At the heart of my work is the belief that much of what shapes us lies beneath the threshold of conscious awareness — in the emotional residue of early experience, the relational patterns we inherit before we have language for them, and the ways we have learned to protect ourselves from what once felt unendurable. Psychoanalytic therapy creates space to slow down, to listen for what runs beneath the surface, and to allow what has been unformulated to gradually find form.

LGBTQIA+ Affirmative
Affirmative therapy is not simply the absence of harm — it is an active, informed, and curious engagement with the full complexity of queer experience. I hold a graduate specialization in LGBTQ+ Affirmative Psychotherapy and bring both professional training and personal investment to this work. Here, your identities are not incidental to the therapeutic work; they are part of the living fabric of what we explore together.

Neuroaffirmative
Neuroaffirmative practice begins with the understanding that there is no single standard for how a mind should work. Many of the people I work with have spent years navigating environments that weren't designed for them — and have internalized the idea that something is wrong with them, rather than with the fit. In this space, the way your mind moves through the world is not a problem to be managed, but a dimension of self to be understood, honored, and worked with.
